Hello and welcome to Time to Create Balance.  My name is Sarah and I have created a Holistic approach to help people manage stress and keep life in balance.  I am very passionate and enthusiastic about the Therapies I offer as I have used them in my own life.

Sometimes, we can all experience a time when we feel a little or a lot out of balance.  It could be that you have a busy life with lots to juggle or are someone who has always put others first before yourself.  When you realise that making ‘time for you’ is exactly what you need, it can be a life changing experience.

Time to Create Balance helps you to discover that you already have the ability to create your own path to wellness and balance – you might just need a little help to find it!

With a range of tailored therapies to benefit your inner wellbeing, including Bach Flower Remedies, Personal Development Coaching and Meditation, as well as the relaxing therapies of Reiki or Indian Head Massage, I can help you to discover what works best for you.
